Never heard of Evan-Fischer. Most aftermarkets are made in China, anyway. That's not necessarily a bad thing; the one I got was made in China and it appeared to be of good quality and the fit and finish was perfect. The only difference I found compared to OEM was that the petcock had a different thread pitch, but since it came with a new petcock and gasket, it wasn't an issue. I've been using it over a year and no problems so far, knock on wood! I did order new foam seals from Nissan as they won't come with the aftermarket radiator, but they aren't expensive. I did notice this one on Ebay for $74 (with shipping) from TYC, which I have heard of; I've bought some of their parts from Rockauto and they have been of good quality:
