Warranty about to run out

Have a 2008 LE with 89,000 miles. My platinum extended warranty is about to run out in August. I plan on keeping the car for a lot longer. I have a great relationship with my mechanic. To the point where he is willing to fix anything right now under warranty that could become problematic after the warranty expires.
Anything I should have him focus on?
Already got a new radiator, front axle, rear swing arm.

There doesn't seem to be any consistent problems on the '08+ from what I've seen. Outside the radiator of course. I'm about to 120k and haven't done much of anything. The only thing that kind of concerns me is the CATs as I see some of those failing in the 120-150k range. I'm thinking about having mine checked over real good as it sounds like the ones that break apart can cause engine damage.

Heck I would have him replace the timing chain and guides. Why not get the updated set that I think came out sometime late 2010.

I would only have that done if it's a V6. VK's seem to be fairly bullet proof in this area.
Speaking of which, what happened to your front axle?
Also, along those lines, if it is indeed a V8, I'd have him replace the manifold/pre-cat combo.
