what are the chances of the chain coming off?

If you change the oil every 3000-5000 miles... It will probably last the life of the vehicle ... 200+K miles ... If you neglect oil changes ... you will probably be doing it around 100K ...or sooner .... I have yet to see one bad in my shop ... But have seen alot of other Nissans having chain issues when neglected .... My Altima had 180K on the OE chain ...
