The Nissan Path

Hi guys any help is much appreciated

I've got 2.5ltr 2006 aventura pathfinder
It keeps going into limp mode in gears 1-5 (6seems ok) with any hard acceleration over 2500-3200 revs.
Firstly I changed fuel filter... Nothing
Next I changed quantity control valve... Exactly the same
Now I've heard it could be the fuel rail or a sensor??
Just want a bit of advice really before just replacing everything.
Has anyone had the same?
