How much did you pay to have your exhaust/muffler installed?

I'm doing away with the dreaded Y pipe and getting a new muffler with dual inlets and a single outlet. I'm going to keep the stock tail pipe/resonator and the new muffler has the same dimensions as the stock muffler so attaching the tailpipe shouldn't require too much fabrication.
I know that I'll need two new pipes fabricated to lead into the separate inlets on the muffler.
What kind of set up do you have and what did it cost you to have it installed?
I'd like some sort of ballpark idea of what's fair before I start talking to shops.
