Where is the PCV valve located on a 2008 V6 model?

I just changed my air filter a few weeks ago and noticed that these was a fair amount of oil on it. I know that one reason for this would be a clogged PCV valve causing pressure buildup in the crankcase. I want to ask if anybody can post a picture or link me to a diagram they have telling me where it is exactly. Also, did you need any special tools to change it or get to it? Thanks everyone.

It's located on the right bank valve cover, towards the back of the engine compartment. Refer part code "11810P" on the part diagram linked below:

Hey thanks for the diagram, but I'm still confused as to where it is. You said its near the back and to the right, but the diagram shows its more to the left. Granted, I haven't gotten a chance to take the cover off and REALLY look for it on account of the weather, but is there any way anybody can post a pic as to where it is?
My Pathfinder is only around 118,000 miles, but I'm doing it as a preventative thing.

Once you get under there, you'll find it. Far easier on a RWD VQ than and FWD, let me tell you.

It just pushes into a grommet in the valve cover. You don't need a wrench.

smj....I wished I had known that last weekend...
im looking at the replacement PCV and it has threads and a 23mm nut on it.
The one in my valve cover has the nut on it as well.
so you are saying it will just pull straight out?

I could have sworn that it just pushed in, but, now looking at some pics of the PCV valve, I guess it does thread in! My bad! I learned something new today!

I changed mine yesterday. Takes a 23 mm stubby wrench. It is a pain to get and remove!

realize this is an old thread, but i found it helpful changing my PCV yesterday. Wanted to add that after getting the hose off, i can confirm it's possible to get it out with just the socket (and no wrench). i didn't have a 23, but had a 15/16, which is like 23.8. wrapped a small layer of tape around it, and turned the socket by hand. it wasn't easy, but not terribly hard either. i didn't have a stubby wrench that would fit a 1/2" drive. thought i'd pass that along for anyone else attempting this.
the entire process:
loosen both hose clamps on the PCV hose. (removing the one on the intake makes it more accessible and gives you better leverage to push the one off the PCV). the hardest part is getting the hose clamp on the PCV. I used small channel locks and needle nose pliers.
unscrew the PCV with the 23mm socket.
installation is the reverse of removal. getting the hose clamp back on the PCV is the toughest part because it's hard to access.
