I'm replacing my radiator this weekend. I read on another post on the forums that the a/t lines should have a blind plug put on to avoid fluid leakage. Where can i find a blind plug? First time doing this. Thanks.

When I did mine, I just folded the ends of the hoses and clamped them (garden hose style). They're plenty flexible and nothing is under pressure, so it doesn't take much to keep residual fluid from leaking. You could probably even clamp the ends without folding.

If you are replacing your radiator, there's no reason to bypass the cooler. But, if you still insist on bypassing, just get two 5/16" vacuum caps and a couple of mini hose clamps from your local auto parts store to cap off the fittings.

To clarify, I was suggesting folding them and/or clamping them temporarily while disconnected – until you reconnect them to the new radiator.

I experienced a severe breakdown with my coolant level, and discovered multiple leaks on my radiator. Warranty replaced it with a OE.
Question is what to look out for after installation of new radiator?

There shouldn't be anything to look out for if it was replaced with a new one. Fortunately the leaks were external instead of internal.
