Here's an interesting item from Nissan to protect the Armada and Titan evap canister vent control valves from filling with dust or mud;

A vent control valve replacement usually runs about $400 and as it's considered operator abuse by driving through water or on dusty
roads isn't covered under warantee.

It looks like my '08 already has it. It is by the fuel tank fill pipes and partially obscured by the spare tire. I ran my Airlift lines by it so I saw it when the tire was out.

Thanks for the confirmation 08Datsun, nice of Nissan to advise all of us 05 to 07 PF owners that this filter might be available and could be installed to keep the truck out of the dealership and potentially save us from having to buy an evap valve.
