2010 4.0 V-6 4wd, about 100,000 miles. No issues, noises or problems. I have already bypassed the radiator and changed transmission fluid.
I am about to change the engine coolant, serpentine belt, diff and transfer case fluids, and spark plugs.

I am looking for advice about what else I should do while I’m in there, regarding preventative maintenance. Water pump, belt tensioner, timing chain guides, anything else?

Thanks.

Replace your rear shocks if you have not yet. I would check my radiator over real good to make sure no leeks. Check or replace PCV valve? Other then that it looks like you have most everything covered.

I wouldn't touch the water pump or timing chain unless there was an issue with them. I would recommend replacing the serpentine belt tensioner if you are replacing the belt; the lose tension over time.
