How often to change injectors

This truck at about 27000 miles has been running rougher than normal on these last couple of tanks of fuel,
what would be a good number at which to change out injectors or have any had that done yet.

Injectors should last 100K + miles easily.

I would by some good fuel system cleaner (Techron) and run 2-3 tanks with that in it.

Then, change your fuel filter and oil/filter.

Another trick is the "old Italian tune-up". If you drive very conservatively (to save fuel) you may have carbon buildup. Drive the truck around so it is all warmed up then go to a safe area of road and floor it until red-line a few times. That will burn much of the build-up off.

Mind sharing who to change the fuel filter, since I'm pretty sure we have on of those "happy" in tank "lifetime" filters?

I've never done it since I only have 16K on my PF. However, once you loosen all that junk out of your tank with the cleaner, I'd definitely recommend changing it.

If it's anything like other "life time filters" you can probably get to it from an access hole on top of the tank (may have to drop tank down to reach it.)

Alldata shows that the tank must be drained & lowered from under car to remove - No access from on top. The pump & filter are one unit.
List price looks like $336.00
Try the Tecron & premium fuel first.
