Stall while driving. Already replaced ECM Relay

2005 Pathfinder LE.
Short version: It stalls while driving (at any speed). Lose power steering, power brakes, engine shuts off. Has trouble restarting.
UPDATE: I took it for a drive with the scan tool hooked up. I got it to almost stall after 15 min, and check the SES code. It came up with 3 codes, but all 3 were exactly the same. P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A. Circuit Malfunction. So, now gotta look into that.
Replaced:
- New battery
- New ECM Relay
- New Negative Battery Terminal Connector (old one was wearing out and kinda loose)
Alternator and starter pass testing.
Could be the following be related? The car has had a SES light for quite a while now, but would drive fine. Finally tested as P0430 & PO420. I have a feeling it needs new cats based on how common these codes are, but would that solve the problem of stalling while driving? It can be pretty dangerous if it stalls while she is trying to turn across traffic.
