pathfinder / navara gearbox

Hi all new to the forum so I apologise for any mistakes I may make, I've just bought a 2006 nissan pathfinder automatic diesel with a faulty gearbox, and I've been offered a gearbox out of a 2007 navara is it the same gearbox or a completely different beast, cheers for any advice Paul
