Weighed 5115 with me in it. 4920 without... Hd a bunch of crap in the back from moving and the 22s on.
Only made one pass... not bad for a big SUV. 60 was a 2.183 Left pretty easy as I knew I was only gonna get one pass.
08 V8 2wd.

That was with a lot of head wind. I usually trap 94-95 in the 1/4. It still outran my previous best of:
2.084 --- 60 ft
[email protected] --- 1/8th
[email protected] --- 1/4
That run was on a different day with no head wind.

That short time is all the difference... Part of me wants to get some drag radials on this thing and see what I can break

I think it'll short in the 1.9 range...

How did you weigh it? Is there an easy way/ place to weigh vehicles? I have always wondered about the weight of my Pfinder.

14.5's and 14.3's? ...Wow. I always wondered how much difference the 40 horses made for the V8 over the V6. I guess it is more to to do with the 100 pounds more of torque.

Good luck with that. I think low 2.0s are possible with correctly sized drag radials due to the gearing change, but you'll lose time on the top. I think you'll need some tranny work (high stall converter) or a small shot of nitrous. Just a little something extra to get our 5000 lb suvs off the line. I do hope you can prove me wrong, though. I'd like to see you in the low 14s.

You could also say screw 60 ft and gain a little more on top by removing the spare tire, jack, tools and seats. The spare weighs a ton. As do the seats. Especially, the middle row.

I know it will leave a lot harder than I am now with traction. Even with the WOT restriction still there, if I leave at about 2500, it'll light up the tires no problem. Will that get me a 1.9X, dunno. Thing is, I really don't wanna go out and buy a set of tires just to make one pass...

The 35 was with a Bully Dog programmer, weight reduction and loads of head wind. The 36 was with 2 degree advance and weight reduction. Mainlanders can expect better times. I'm at sea level, but our humidity in Hawaii kills us. I might add an intake and exhaust in the future, but I don't think I'll be racing it again. Throttle by wire sucks and I've been having some problems cutting good lights at the last 2 races. It's not reacting as consistently as when it was new. It was always slow, but I adjusted my driving to compensate. I could cut 0.030 lights all the time, but it's a crap shoot now.
