Exhaust sound...

Hey, I noticed the exhaust sound is a little noisy on my 06. Almost sounds like a leak, but not for sure. I've looked over the entire exhaust except for under the exhaust manifold shrouds and can't find any damage. Just wondering what others Pathfinders sound like in comparison. Should I be expecting it to sound a little noisy/rough? Thanks.

I recently had to patch a hole in my muffler. It sounds sounds better, but I think there may still be another small leak somewhere else.
After 10 years, everything underneath the truck is quite rusted. Aside from the small rusted-out spot on the muffler, it appeared to be the best looking exhaust component. The pipes & flanges look bad, so I'm sure they have some leak(s) I wasn't able to see.

Think I found a small hole at the joint of the y pipe. Plugged it up with some exhaust sealant.

Mine at idle sounds like a Mustang V8 but I also gutted the cats and went with a Flowmaster 50 series. Now just to find that blasted CEL bulb and disconnect is..

Have you tried CEL eliminators?:

After I installed headers, removed the rear converters and swapped the factory muffler to a Magnaflow 12580, I didn't notice any change in gas mileage at all. Still 17.5 MPG combined.
