The Nissan Path

There is a whistling noise when acceleration but my vehicle is parked when it happens. Does anybody know why.

I think you may want to re-phrase that. How can you be parked and accelerating at the same time? Regardless, it's hard to diagnose a noise one can't hear for himself. Could it be a belt noise?
