The Nissan Path

Hi please can anyone help me I have only just started to hear this noise. When you are low speed you don't hear it go above 60 and you start to hear this sort of rattle noise sounds I bit like coins. Have raved engine when stationary and you can hear it. Any idea what it can be...and is it ergent to get sorted as we are driving to Spain....any help and information will appreciated.

Exhaust heat shield rattling? I had to remove most of mine that were rusting off.

It's hard to diagnose a rattle that one can't hear. Certainly, exhaust shields as mentioned, are a good possibility. Badly worn upper timing chain tensioner faces are another possibility. A clip of the noise might be helpful.
