I was doing some browsing on Rockauto and noticed Dorman Products now has replacements for the rubber air ducts on the air intake systems for the V6 R51 Pathfinders 05-12, VQ40DE-equipped Frontiers and Xterras. Previously, we had to replace the entire intake system from Nissan, which runs about $65 online+shipping. This kit has both ducts with clamps and sells for $27+shipping from Rockauto.com. It's Dorman #696-009:

Oh man!! I just paid 65$ and replaced the entire thing. The smaller hose had a crack in it. I suspected it was causing my rough idle. It's fixed, but I still have the rough idle after driving it for two days. I'm going disconnect the neg terminal and clean my MAF See if this helps. Then I'll try the idle air relearn that I haven't been able to pull off yet!!

I'd be leaning toward the idle air volume relearn as the probable fix.
