The Nissan Path

2006 PF here with 184k miles.

I have the rattling noise up front at around the 2200 rpm range and many post seem to think it is this part: Valve Assembly / VIAS # 14510-EA21A.

Some post say it is on the 2005 VQ40, but my 06 is doing same thing.

Some post show taking out the valve, ordering a required epoxy glue and then reinstalling. I see where you can order the part online from $50-60.

Anyone done this lately by buying and installing the new valve?

There was a Nissan TSB for the VIAS rattle on 05 models, but I have heard of a couple people experiencing the problem on vehicles that were made outside of the TSB range. For the cost of the repair items on the TSB, it's cheaper tust replace the VIAS.
