The Nissan Path

I have a 2009, 4.0 2WD SE. Was wondering if anyone has replaced the under-sized PCV valve (in my opinion) with an inline one way valve and catch can?

I've never heard of anyone describing it as "undersized," but it's pretty typical to most other Nissan PCV valves as far as size. Remember, all it's doing is pulling vapors through it. That said, there are a couple of people who have installed an oil catch can. I can remember if I read it here or at ClubFrontier.org, though.
