Does anyone know if the Gibson Catback Exhaust kit that is sold for the 05-08 V6 4.0L Nissan Pathfinder will fit an 09 Model?

They list it as an 05-08 year range for their exhaust kit but I don't believe the exhaust changed at all in 09.

V6 exhaust is pretty much the same from 05-12. The "Y" changed a little from 07-08, but the parts are all interchangeable.
