Does anyone know who makes the Nissan OEM T Stat?

I am looking to replace the radiator and t Stat on my '11 Xterra ( same platform as R51) later this year but if the T State is available from themaker of the OEM than I'd take that instead.
(No problems yet just being proactive.)

To my knowledge, all of Nissan's 'stats are made by one of three companies, Nihon, Fuji, and Aisin.

Fuji is probably the maker of the VQ40DE thermostats in North America. Sumitomo is another OE supplier of Nissan thermostats. I've never seen Fuji thermostats available on the aftermarket, so if you find them, let me know!
