The Nissan Path

Finally got a small evap leak fixed, it was the purge valve. Not a tough fix. But since I did load up the parts cannon, gas cap, vent valve, and purge valve, I figured I would replace the vent valve since I already bought it. It was the one part my dealer didn't have so I rolled the dice and got it at Autozone.
Opened the box expecting who knows what and what do I find in m y Duralast box?
It looks like an OEM vent valve. Anybody else find OEM parts at parts stores?

Yep, that's a Nissan part number. Denso makes tons of OE stuff for Nissan, and with Nissan-specific parts like valves Denso is usually free to market their own version. Same for Hitachi, NGK, and the rest of the usual suspects. The aftermarket versions may or may not meet Nissan specs for US vehicles, but in this case, since it has the part number on it, I suspect it will.
