My '07 Pathfinder whines quite a bit when I rev the engine (see above video). I just changed a bad alternator and belt tensioner, so those are ruled out. Does this sound like the classic secondary timing chain whine to you? I've brought it to a few places for professional opinions and none of them seem concerned about the noise, oddly. Thanks for your input!

Yep, that definitely sounds like the classic worn-tensioner bumblebee.

Yep, that's what my '06 sounded like. My mechanic also downplayed it and said he didn't think it was a time chain problem. So, I went to a Nissan dealer to get a second opinion, and the tech confirmed that's exactly what it was. I had the dealer take care of it, since their quoted price was pretty much the same as what my mechanic estimated if he had to do it.
