SE in the states has

VDC, ABLS (traction control/limited slip), 4 wheel ABS.

The SE OR has the same as above as well as

Hill Ascent, Hill Disscent and stronger shocks.

I've test drove both and to tell you the truth I did not care for the hill assist controls. I've done lots of off roading with out this and would not have it. The shocks I could not tell the diffrence with the SE and OR. The one nice this about the OR is the 16" wheels.

I forgot about skids.
I checked Nissanusa.com and checked Offroad Abilities

Off-road Abilities
Ground clearance 8.6" - 9.0"
Angle of approach 27.8° - 29.8°
Angle of departure 22.1° - 24.3°
Break-over angle 21.9° - 23.9°

I also checked my PF and I got 9.25" of clearance. I parked my PF next to a OR model and they were the same height???

OR has billstein or rancho shocks, skids plates (3) and hill hold, and of course badging - they all ride pretty well the same. I've seen some of the billsteins leak- so if they're not available to you locally, be prepared. The non off roads have the holes for the plates if you care to add them.
