2005 Pathy Blower Motor only works full high

Recently my blower motor started working on full high all the time. It doesn't matter if I have a/c on or just air....low or high cranked on the blower dial....it just blows full blast. It will turn off if I go full left. Any thoughts? I've heard this might be a resistor issue?

That's exactly what it is. Simple fix. Just pull the old one out and plug a new one in.
