Search the forum and you'll find several members with intakes, exhaust sytems, etc. As for tuners, Uprev (Osiris) is the most customizable especially if you have other performance parts. I currently use the Bully Dog Triple Dog GT tuner but have also owned the Superchips Cortex. Both tuners have "standard" performance tunes that you can really feel. The BD GT allows you to "hardwire" the unit in the car so you can use it to monitor things like speed, coolant temp, intake temp, transmission temp, RPM, etc. Here are some pics of my setup...
