Is the coolant reservoir cap different than the radiator cap?

I have replaced both and I think I may have accidently got the same part # for both... are they the same or not?

Since the shop that flushed my coolant system tossed my old ones, I just dont know.

Can someone check theirs and see if they are different?

Both of mine have orange labels with a "1.1" at the bottom of the label, right under the word "WARNING".

You're good to go. They are the same. Although I had to take mine of to verify as I have never seen a coolant res use the same type of cap as the radiator. Typically just snap locks on the res and the twist locks on the rad.

The dealer told me that they were different, yet they sold me two of the same part number.

NP. It was definitely a shock to me. The dealer probably didn't know and was just assuming as I was. I saw this post and I was thinking "damn, how could they be mistaken for the same type of cap". Doh
