The Nissan Path

Hi All.
Had this problem for a while now anyone else had the same or similar?

2009/58 plate pathfinder aventura manual 2.5D UK spec

Engine will derate/go into limp mode for no reason usually when pulling away or under hard acceleration.

No MIL or DTC ever??

Key off and re start and off we go!

Been back to Nissan more times than i can remember and get the same answer ( if the laptop says it aint broken then it aint).

Anyone had a similar prob?

I have kind of the same problem with my 2006 2.5 TD. The only difference is that mine is that it only happens at stop lights when the engine goes to idling. The changed some air valve for 1000 bucks to day but it only got worse. The car is still at the shop. lets see what they find.
