I'm about ready to replace the secondary cats with a b pipe.
Anyone that's done this noticed an increase in power or gas mileage or just an increase in noise .

How do you avoid the O2 sensor codes?

the 2nd cats are not monitored. the cats right after the manifolds are monitored.

and since it's a bolt on, if you're worried about passing emissions just put your cats back on for inspection. however according to cajun, no one has had issues with emissions.

I have Berks B-pipes with High flow cats. and the O2 sensors are mounted after the secondary cats. they are mounted on O2 Sensor extenders
which allows O2 to work properly without getting ECU Codes.
This way you can gut the primary cats and even install aftermarket headers.

Berk Performance. 304 Stainless steal there is 1 for 2wd and another set for 4wd
the O2 sensor locations are in different locations because of the transfer case.

Also Cajun B Pipes makes them in aluminum steel or 409 stainless

There is 1 more company I cant remember the name now.

These are made for Titan and Armada everything fits on pathfinder except the passenger rear flange. it needs to be rotated. what I did was cut and weld oem pipe between the muffler and the rear of b pipe flange. and few weeks later I had custom cat back made with new flanges and ss pipes. I just installed JBA Long Tube headers made for Titan and Armada. and it was a perfect fit.

i assume you were referencing the berks setup in that statement?

i had contacted cajun before and he said that it was direct bolt on. not sure if he has a separate 'template' he uses for pathys...

anyone else just bolt on the cajuns, or did you have to rotate as well?

Doctahjones I am not aware that Cajun makes the B pipes specifically for our v8 pathfinders. I know they make them for Titan / Armada's
and they are same as Berk.

I have Cajun's catless b-pipes, and also had to rotate the flange on one side.

I also, when ordered, stated I have an 08 V8 Pathy.
