JBA Long Tube Headers On V8 4x4

JBA Long Tube Ceramic Headers are in.
These are made for Titan / Armada.
They fit perfect on the V8 Pathfinder.
I only know of 1 other person that did LT Headers
on the V8. Few years back and he used OBX Headers.
1 of the sides did not fit and he had to use the hammer
to make a dent in 1 of the runners,
then 1 of the O2 sensor bungs had to be relocated.
And passenger collector flange did not line up
with the B pipe flange.
The only thing on The JBA headers that will not line up
would be that flange on passenger side if you still have original B pipes.
but since I already had Berk B Pipes made for Titan/Armada
they were rotated already to the Titan flange location/angle
and I did the custom exhaust from the B pipes back.
So that collector flange lined up perfectly as well.
Only other thing is I did not use the Gaskets that came with them
I used new OEM headers and flange Nissan factory gaskets.
Any other do not last and will burn out.
O and yeah it took myself and my mechanic in his shop with his lift and
all the tools to get it done in a 1 1/2 days.
had to drop motor mounts. front differential and drive shaft.
frame cross member underneath the trans. Struts and springs.
I installed H&R springs and Rancho strut/shocks as well.
Its not an easy mod by far.
O and OEM Header on driver side had a crack in it for few months now.
Received my Uprev Tuner version Programmer.
I have a guy from Tundra forum that will tune it for now.
Soon I will get it Dyno tuned.
Here are some pictures of the install:

Well, a lot less room with V8 then with V6 Everything is tight.
Plus V6 has Long tubes that where made for the Pathfinder.
Almost all the mods I have on my V8 are Mods of a Mods that are made for Titan/ Armada. 60% of them I was the first to do on the Pathfinder V8.

I test drove it just to make sure its all good and tested my Air Fuel ratio
and she is running lean. So I am Waiting to get it tuned properly With Uprev.
I just received the tuner version and the dealer/ Titan owner is helping me with the tune. Ill Update when its all done. After I will be doing Dyno tune to make sure it done right, and to squeeze all I can out of here.
And to get the HP/TQ numbers.

Would love to hear sound clips.

How lean is she running?

I am new to the tuning.
I was always running from mid 14's to high 14's
Now after headers i tested it and its mid 12's.
I just dont want to take a chance. And definitly need to tune it after all the mods i have done. To get it all to work properly.
Ill get some sound clips. But i did install the ultra quiet resonator to get rid of the loud highway sound that came after i changed the differential gears my wife was complaining. What difference a 200 extra rpm on a highway can make as far as exhaust noise.

Update? As far as?
Sound clips? Its been a long bad winter. I kept here in the garage and drove company truck all winter. So I have.not.had a chance to make sound clips.
I purchased the Uprev tuner and have not tuned here yet.
Sounds a lot deeper when you step on it. And but dyno feels like she pulls alot stronger. I am upgrading to wider tires with smaller 17 inch wheels but wider. To make t lighter but to have better grip because I am having less and less grip right now. Unless I use awd.
Will update as soon as I do the tuning.

Definately will be making this mod to mine. I already have the exhaust leak on the passenger side which I hear is common for the 5.6 to have cracked manifolds. Being that mine is only 2wd hopefully it will be a little easier but it will be worth it no matter what. Nice ride sir. Hope to hear some sound clips soon.

Curious if you did a dyno test or anything.

Also, what's your all-in cost for the exhaust from headers on back including install?

Thanks

I'd be curious of this too...

Also, how do you like the electric fans?

Every time i think i am finished i start with another mod.
I have been using my uprev tuner with help of uprev pro tuner that sold it to me to tune here. First i had 1 bad sensor. So i went and changed all 4.
Then we noticed i am having a leak at. 5000 + revs. Was still there after re ttorque of the bolts. Even do i used new oem gaskets.
So finaly i found Gaskets that will take care of all issues. But now i am thinking of changing my 2.25 hi cat b pipes to 2.5 cajun catless.
Since I will be going with cams and am doing a ls2/nissan hybrid intake manifold mod with 90mm ls2 tb neck, ported 90mm ls7 tb, and 4 inch intake, with Titan/Armada oem flex fuel injectors. So stay tuned.
As far as price. I think headers where 400 something. Its in first post, b pipes where 500. Those where only ones available, back then. And magnaflow muffler 150 bucks, and custom cat back was like 300.with all the work. As far as header install. Didn't
cost anything. Since my friend mechanic, we do things for each other without involving money. Best i ran was 5.6 sec 0 to 60. But this was with my cell phone and torque app. In auto 4x4. I have purchased vtechpro adrenaline SS to get accurate readings. And will be using Randy. Uprev Pro tuner from Uprev themselves the top guy. Also i sent out my ffv injectors to get cleaned and flow matched.
The intake manifold mod will cost with parts and all around 8 to 900 bucks.
Plus i will have my intake manifold to sell after the install..
8 oem ffv injectors i found on ebay for 50 bucks. Stay tuned.

Sounds bad ass. Definitely looking forward to a video

If at all possible, can I get a part # list for the exhaust? Want to make sure I'm getting the same equipment given it's not for the R51.

Which part of exhaust, the JBA long tube headers?
The B pipes?
Or the muffler?

Here are few pics how she stands now. Changed from oem 18's to 17x8 with Toyo tires. They are same oem diameter and 2 inch wider.
I also added 2 inch spacers, all together it gave me 3 inches wider stance on each side, plus i took off 5 pounds of rotational mass on each corner. She handles in corners now like night and day.
