The Nissan Path

Just seeing if anyone else has had this issue. In the last couple of weeks, when pressing the lock button on the drivers door. It pushes in but just makes a noise of pushing water around. Seems like there must be a crack in the rubber and water has got in. I'm going to pull the rubber off and take the door card off and investigate. But wondered if anyone else has come across this.

But at the moment you cannot operate the lock from the drivers door. Using either the key fob or one of the external buttons on the boot and the passenger door.
