Strange metallic dash rattle

New to this forum, as well as the world Pathfinders. Picked up an 08 V8 LE 4x4 @ 40k miles about 2 weeks ago. Aside from a slight metallic rattle behind the driver side temp adjust knob couldn't be happier. If I put pressure on the plastic beside it the rattle stops. I only really notice it when going over rough roads (all NC roads...). I doubt it's hurting anything and pulling the dash could only make more issues. Anyone else have/ had this going on?
