Hey guys, how do I access the back of the gauge cluster to change some light bulbs? I have not found any screws in the outer surround piece like it used to be done on the R50s.
Does anyone have a link to a guide on this?

" Instrument panel is one piece and changing color of bulbs may be a problem. "

you may have to break (or cut) apart the panel to access anything inside of it

The cluster is an integrated meter assy. I'm not sure if you can replace the bulbs or not from the back. Looking at the part diagram for the instrument cluster, they don't show any bulbs, just the cluster as a unit.

Thx for the reply all.... indeed, the bulbs are built into the board itself, no way to replace them. I have to open mine up to figure out what went wrong.

maybe if you find the problem with it, perhaps you can cannibalize a used one from a salvage yard to fix it

You can send it out and get it repaired. Just Google "Nissan instrument panel repair" and you'll find a number of companies that do it.
