The Nissan Path

I've no idea how this started, but just this morning before going to work, when I started the car this happened:

turned it off, then started it for the second time and still the same (that's when I recorded the video).

I then turned it off for like 10 minutes then started it again but everything was normal now.

Any ideas on where to begin?

I have seen that happen when the battery terminals are either corroded or not tight. Not enough juice at first and could make a better contact on your third try. I would check connections first.
