Hey.

New to the forum and looking for some help please.

I have a 2009 Pathfinder, Tekna spec so has full Nav, camera etc. UK model.

What I am looking to do is remove the screen and replace it with a double din unit. Is this even possible?

I thought you could maybe disconnect the existing CD/DVD tray and media controls and leave them in place.

Ideally I want to install Apple Car Play via an Alpine iLX-700 if it can be done.

I dont have the nav unit, but I do have the DVD/Bose Audio.

Yes it can be done, it's what im running (alpine) however if you have the bose it's still the weak link, I found the high-pass filters to sound like crap.

So I diasbled the Bose amp and replaced with a JL unit. Then did speakers.
