Advice please! Stereo system?

Hi guys, sorry new here! My wife has just bought a black 07 Oathfinder Adventurer, 2.5,, and gave a couple of questions.
Firstly the radio / nav system. There does not appear to be any instructions with the vehicle and it is quite complicated.. Is there an online download I can get? I have browser and worked out there are several types (uk)
Hers has a navigation screen and has a know with "enter" on it surrounded by four arrows. What system is this?
Secondly and this is quite obvious probobly, the clutch is really high and I am convinced it is slipping a little in the higher gears. And I am sure I have smelt faint burning. What is a rough cost and time to change a clutch on one of these? Only had it a week, but from a dealer so hopefully they will sort it. But I take it is is not normal for the clutch to be at the top just as in a normal car?
