2012 Tekna Audio Off

I have recently bought a Pathfinder Tekna 2012, and the audio went off overnight on the first day. Everything else works fine, but the status screen says 'audio off' no matter how much I press the 'on' button. I have checked all fuses and tried 'hard resetting' by disconnecting the battery. Nothing happened. I'm fuming, no audio = no music, no phone, no satnav. Any suggestions please?? Many thanks!!
