on my Dad's Frontier 2011. driver side wont spray. Passenger side is fine. Any idea what might be going on?

Unless the hose to the washer nozzle become disconnected or is leaking, the nozzle is probably either frozen (if it's cold enough) or clogged. If it's clogged, you can sometimes use a pin to unclog the nozzle. In worst cases, you may have to replace the nozzle.
