Are you able to run the fog lights alone, without the headlights on ? sometimes it is just dusk and I'd like my fogs on but don't need the headlights.

As it is designed stock, you can only have the fog lamps "on" with the low beam head lamps "on." Someone did do a mod to accomplish what you want to do, but I can't remember where it was. I think it was a Frontier forum. You can probably find it with a little Googling. I believe they added a splice at the IDPM, but don't quote me on that.
