Xenon Headlights LHD/RHD

Hi, I've just joined the forum. I have recently bought a 2012 Pathfinder with Xenon lights. It is RHD UK model and I live in France and want to change the headlights to LHD. What headlights can I fit?? Isn there a good source of LHD Xenon headlights? Do I have to fit Xenon replacements?? Looking forward to lots of useful stuff on the forum. I recently had to replace the front driveshaft - is this normal after 80k miles??
