I bought a 09 Se and although the interior is very nice I found out that it does not play MP3 files,

i read that you had to have the Bose radio option to play MP3 files. I found one on ebay and I was wondering if anybody knows if this is a direct plug and play swap out?

I have a tan dash so i think I might could just pop out the radio units,
Would it be worth the $150? does it sound any better?

It's not a direct swap. Bose uses 2-ohm impedance speakers and 1-ohm impedance subwoofer speakers and the amps for those speakers. The non-Bose system, like most other factory and aftermarket systems, use 4-ohm impedance speakers. The Bose also has different wiring.
