want to swap out the reflectors on my rear bumper with any red LED lights of same fit and shape, or similar, that would work as rear fog lights...as bright as, if not more than the brake lights(no not just the driving lights)...been looking at trailer lights on summit racing but am afraid they might not be bright enough...any suggestions?

In North America, we don't have the reflectors on our rear bumpers. It's just all plastic, bumper cover.

A lot of newer cars in Europe are using the brake lights as rear fog lights now rather than having a separate designated lamp. The switch just turns on the driver side brake lamp.

If you really want to put them into the bumper, I'd say you're on the right track with trailer LED lights. SuperBrightLEDS.com has some high-powered tail and marker lights.

Does it have to red?

Have you looked into flush mount fog lights? https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c ... JF1U72NXQ9
