The Nissan Path

So any presets I have, radio balance, time, MPG, and info system setting reset every time I start the car. Checked the fuse its clear, checked the 12v power supply its clear. So that leaves it to a part correct? Is it in the radio unit that needs to be replaced? If so where do I acquire one?

Also on a side note does anyone know if the metra 99-7620B will fix this issue after installing a double Din radio
