2006 Nissan PF

AC and heat works good, but the fan speed dial will turn, but not increase the fan speed. It is a digital readout.

I can cut on the defroster and it begins on high fan speed.

Anything behind the dial that could be broke or slipping?

You have automatic climate control, which has a self-diagnostic procedure; it's in the air conditioning section of the factory service manual. I would start there.

I found the problem.

The black plastic ring behind the control had split and didnt allow it to change the settings.

A little super glue fixed it...working like new again.
