No Radio and CD working on my Path

Hello
I recently acquired a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder Tekna DCI. I noticed that both its AM/FM radio and CD Changer are not working. The radio doesnt connect to any radio station and the CD displays "Disc Read Error"
