iPhone 11 inbound calling issues with 2012 LE w/Nav

I am having a weird issue with inbound calls in my Pathfinder. When a call comes in, the caller hears that i am not available. On my end, it rings once, answers the call kind of, and then i can answer it with the steering wheel button. Sometimes, it just states that i am not available and rings once but then the call disappears.
Anyone else having this issue?
