No front air coming out?

I turn on the air and it blows in the rear fine.
Nothing from the front.
AC seems to turn on fine you hear that click. I am pretty sure cold air would come out from the back.
This happened out of the blue - no blower noise or nothing...
I did have some clunky suspension issues lately so a wire maybe got loose...

Am I buying 2 front blowers or just fuses or something else?
Help! :)

2009 nissan pathfinder LE (the from is controlled with the screen - the screen shows everything as working when i turn on the air - but no air).

Just checked all the fuses (hood ones and ones to the right of glove compartment) they all look crisp and good.
But under the hood there is a fat brown fuse (about 1 cubic inch) for front blower - no clue if that could be it - I got my brother checking it now with a voltmeter.

If that’s not it I’ll look at the glove compartment area for the resistor and then the blower.... is there 2 blower motors in the front???

Stay tuned.

The part you're describing sounds like a relay, not a fuse, if it's 1" square. There is one blower fan in the front and one in the rear. Check for power and ground at the front blower motor harness connector.

That’s right SMJ - it’s a relay.
We used a 9v battery (asks for 12v) and powered up 1 and 2 and you can hear the switch come on - then you test 3 and 5 and then 4 and 7
Easy peasy - the relay is good.
Next I need a good guide on how to get to the front blower motor...
somebody said it may be the transistor or a resistor before the blower motor...

If you have manual HVAC, a bad resistor will still let the fan blow at the highest speed setting. If you have auto climate control, you have a blower amp rather than a resistor; if the amp is bad, it will blow on high speed at all times and you won't be able to shut it off. The bolts for the blower fan are accessible from under the passenger's side of the dashboard.

Thank you, SMJ...
My pathfinder has a screen and the air is controlled via +\- button.
No air coming out no matter how many bars I set it to.
This means it’s the motor. Correct?

Any chance to resuscitate the motor? Clean it up?

It could be the motor, but there's no guarantee until you confirm power and ground to it. Sometimes if the motor is faulty, you can bang on it a couple of times and it'll start working. If the motor is faulty, it's best to just replace it. Aftermarket blower motors usually aren't too expensive.

SMJ, figured I'd give you an update.

A week or more of it not working. One afternoon - I was parking the car, had AC air running through the back and all of a sudden the front started working.

I did take out the front blower motor. Easy.
I took out the motor with fan out of it's own plastic housing - there is one screw and it shimmies out - its stuck in there pretty hard - took me a few minutes.
Added some chain oil to both ends and hoping it will not repeat itself.

Weird..

Sometimes you can get bad spots on the contacts of the motor and it will stop working. If it happens again, replace the blower motor.
