Connect wiring diagram

Hi, excuse the intrusion, I'm a Nav owner with a major headache, I've decided to stick a connect head unit in my truck, however my Nav is a 2005. Nissan changed the audio loom in 2008, I've got plugs to convert both ends and I know the colour codes for my truck loom. Does anyone possess the pinout info for the connect so I can make up my own patch cables? I'm £500 in now and fed up, any help would be gratefully received, thanks in advance
