Headlight and Fog Light Help

So looking to upgrade the lights on the pathy but I've never been real good with lights. I love the look of halos as and then the whiter lights, so I was checking out these three:

Not being to savvy with lights, I'm not really sure what the differences are and if all I really need to do is plug er in or if I still need new bulbs or something


For fog lights, I was looking at replacing them with something type of white HID or LED lights. Any help or direction would be very appreciated
