Any way to replace the microphone in an 08 w/ bluetooth?

Everyone always says it sounds like I have the windows open and I am holding the phone out of it. can I upgrade it/replace it/fix it...

I just havent had the time to look, I dont care if it sticks out a little or need to do some cutting...but you and I are on the same page. i would love a solution. the temp controls suck ass as well, but what ever. lol
